Continue Reading Button?

Unlike image posts (something big to click), it's not as intuitive on standard posts to click on the title to continue reading. Would it be possible to add a "Continue Reading" button right after the summary text? Can it be done with the theme as it is right now, or does this fall under the category of a feature request?
